TBN Grow
Editorial process
TBN Grow decodes AI and technology news for developers, marketers, businesses and anyone who follows technology. This page explains who stands behind the content, how we choose stories, how we verify sources and how we use AI in our editorial work.
1. Who is responsible for the content
Articles on TBN Grow are signed by the TBN Grow Editorial Team.
TBN Grow was founded by Thomas Bao Nguyen, who is responsible for its content. He spent six years in industrial manufacturing operations before moving into creative design, a field he has worked in for more than nine years. For the last three of those years he has led marketing work directly as a team lead: planning content, setting KPIs and controlling quality before publication. He applies AI to content production and operations every day, with one goal: helping businesses understand technology correctly before they invest in it.
2. How we choose stories
We prioritise changes with a practical impact on users and businesses:
- New AI models, APIs and tools; changes to pricing, limits or terms of use.
- Benchmark results and research that can be checked.
- Policies, regulations and market moves that affect how AI is adopted.
We do not republish press releases word for word, and we do not chase rumours without a confirmed source.
3. Source verification
- Every article is based on primary sources: company announcements, technical documentation, regulatory texts or research papers.
- Where possible, key information is cross-checked against at least one independent source.
- Each article ends with its list of sources, the publication date and the date the sources were checked.
- Figures published by vendors themselves, such as benchmarks, speed or cost savings, are labelled as vendor figures and are not presented as independently verified results.
4. News versus analysis
Each article separates the news, meaning what has been announced, from TBN Grow's analysis: impact, points still to be verified, cost and risk. When we offer a hypothetical example or an evaluation framework, we state that it is TBN Grow's suggestion, not the result of a real-world test.
Content on TBN Grow is intended as practical information, not investment, legal or financial advice.
5. How we use AI
TBN Grow uses AI tools to help find sources, summarise documents, draft articles, create illustrations and translate into the languages on this website. AI does not make the final editorial decision:
- Every article is checked again against its primary sources for figures, dates and quotations, and its analysis is completed shortly after publication.
- The editor in charge reviews the final version of every article.
- When an error is found, the article is corrected and the update date is shown.
- The Editorial Team is responsible for everything we publish.
6. Illustrations
Images in our articles are original illustrations created by TBN Grow, clearly captioned, and are not official images or interfaces of the companies mentioned. When we use third-party material, we credit the source and use it only within the permitted scope.
7. Corrections and updates
Technology moves quickly. When we find an error or there is a new development, we update the article and show the date of the update. If you see information that is not accurate, please send the article link and a description of the issue to contact@tbngrow.com. We will check it and reply.
8. Editorial independence
Advertising, where shown, is kept separate from the content and does not influence which stories we choose or how we assess them. TBN Grow does not accept payment for favourable coverage. When an article relates to a TBN Grow product or contains affiliate links, we say so clearly.
