TBN Grow

Privacy policy

TBN Grow respects customer privacy. This policy explains what information we receive, why we use it and how customers can request access, correction or deletion.

1. Information we receive

When customers submit a purchase request or contact support, we may receive:

  • Names, email addresses and contact details they provide.
  • Product names, request details and language preferences.
  • Transaction details submitted for payment checks or support.
  • Images, documents or content voluntarily sent to explain an issue.

The website stores language preferences in the browser for future visits.

Purchase requests also use an identifier derived from the IP address to limit repeated submissions and protect the site against abuse.

We do not ask for passwords, API keys, OTP codes or payment card details through support email or messages.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Receive and answer requests.
  • Manage purchase requests and check transaction information.
  • Support technical issues, warranty claims and complaints.
  • Contact customers about their requests or services.
  • Prevent spam, false requests and system abuse.

If newsletters or promotions are introduced, a separate signup option will be provided. Customers may request to stop receiving them.

3. Protecting information

Access to customer information is limited to people responsible for managing and supporting the service.

Information is managed in systems supporting website operations. Access controls and system safeguards reduce unauthorized access, loss and misuse.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. If we discover an incident affecting customer information, we investigate, take corrective action and notify affected customers when necessary.

4. We do not sell customer information

TBN Grow DOES NOT SELL, DOES NOT RENT AND DOES NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHERS FOR ADVERTISING OR MARKETING.

Information is used only to operate services, handle requests and support customers. Hosting or payment providers process only the information needed for their work.

Before using information for another purpose, we explain it and ask for customer consent.

When disclosure is required by a valid request from a competent authority, we provide information only within the requested scope.

5. Payment information

When payment gateways are connected, checkout will identify the transaction processor and information required.

Details entered directly on the provider’s checkout are handled under that provider’s privacy policy.

For transaction checks and support, we may receive transaction references, amounts, payment status and purchased product details.

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes or OTP codes to us.

6. Information retention

Information is retained as needed to handle requests, manage transactions and support customers.

Some transaction records may need longer retention for accounting, payment checks or complaints. If deletion is requested, we explain any information that cannot yet be deleted and why it must be retained.

Information no longer needed is reviewed for deletion or removal of identifying details.

7. Customer requests

Customers may contact us to:

  • Learn what information they provided is stored.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of unnecessary information.
  • Request that information no longer be used for a previously agreed purpose.
  • Stop newsletters or promotions they subscribed to.
  • Report information used for an improper purpose.

We may verify that the requester owns the information to avoid incorrect disclosure or deletion.

If deletion or stopping processing would prevent support or a related feature, we explain this beforehand so the customer can choose.

8. External links and services

The website may link to Telegram, YouTube, X, news sources or other services. Information on those sites is handled under their own policies.

For products connecting to external APIs or AI services, the data sent and relevant provider will be explained for each product before the feature is used.

9. Helping protect your information

Customers should:

  • Protect login details and API keys.
  • Conceal sensitive information in screenshots.
  • Avoid sharing others’ private data without permission.
  • Verify the website and contact channel before sending information.
  • Report unusual access or suspected information exposure.

10. Privacy contact

Thomas Bao Nguyen manages TBN Grow. For access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns, contact:

  • Telegram: @ThomasBaoNguyen

Describe the request and provide the email used to contact us or purchase a product. Do not send passwords, API keys or OTP codes.

11. Policy updates

The policy is updated when information practices or connected services change.

Important changes are announced on the website with their start date. We ask first if a new purpose requires customer consent.
