TBN Grow
Cookie policy
This policy explains what TBN Grow uses cookies and browser storage for, how long each type is kept and how you can turn them off. It forms part of our Privacy policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They help the website remember your choices, keep you signed in and recognise unusual access. Besides cookies, browsers also offer local storage (localStorage) and a cache (Cache Storage) that work in a similar way.
2. Necessary TBN Grow cookies
The cookies below are needed for the website to work. They are not used for advertising and do not track you on other websites.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
tbn_lang | Remembers the language you chose | 12 months |
__Host-tbn_user | Keeps you signed in to your customer account | 30 days |
__Host-tbn_oauth | Protects the Google sign-in step against forgery | 10 minutes |
Sign-in cookies can only be read by the server (HttpOnly) and are only sent over secure connections (HTTPS).
Partner referral cookie (`tbn_ref`, 30 days): set only when you open a link that contains a TBN Grow partner’s referral code, so the partner who referred you is credited if you create an account. It contains only the partner code, no personal data, does not track you on other websites and can be deleted at any time.
3. Browser storage
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
decode-language (localStorage) | Remembers your language in the browser | Until you clear browser data |
| Tool cache (Cache Storage) | Stores the AI model of in-browser tools (about 300 MB) so it does not have to be downloaded again | Until you clear browser data |
Text and voice samples you enter in the tools are processed on your device and are not sent to TBN Grow servers, except the voice "fingerprint" when you choose to save a cloned voice to your account.
4. Third-party cookies
- Google AdSense: when ads are enabled, Google and its partners use cookies to show ads, limit how often an ad appears and measure performance. Ads may be personalised based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. See how Google uses advertising cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- Server infrastructure provider: our hosting provider may set security cookies to tell people apart from automated traffic when it detects a possible attack.
- Google (sign-in): if you choose Google sign-in, you are taken to a Google page. Cookies on that page are managed by Google under its own policy.
- Copyright protection service: the copyright protection badge in the footer is loaded from this service, which may receive your IP address and browser information under its own policy.
5. Consent and your choices
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland: before cookies are used for personalised advertising, the website shows a consent message provided by Google. You can accept, reject or choose individual purposes, and change your choice later.
- Turn off personalised ads: at Google Ads Settings, www.aboutads.info or www.youronlinechoices.eu.
- Delete or block cookies: in your browser's privacy settings (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox). If you block necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in and the website will not remember your language.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies, email contact@tbngrow.com. We update this policy whenever the website adds or removes cookies.
