Copy HTML code – For Thunderbird, classic Outlook or CRM software
Everything runs in your browser; TBN Grow does not store what you type. This browser remembers your draft so you can edit it later.
How to add your signature
- Open Gmail on a computer → gear icon → See all settings.
- General tab → Signature → Create new, give it a name.
- Paste (Ctrl+V) into the signature editor.
- Choose it for "New emails" and "Replies", then scroll down and click Save changes.
Why use a professional email signature?
Your signature is the business card attached to every email you send. A tidy signature with your logo, phone number and social links builds trust and makes it easy for customers to reply or call. For sellers and small businesses it is free promotion in every message.
What the tool offers
- 4 templates: Horizontal, Stacked, Round photo and Minimal (no image).
- Main color, font and text size; social icons in brand colors or gray.
- Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp, Telegram.
- A call-to-action button (for example "Book a meeting" or "See pricing") and a footer note.
- Copy the signature to paste directly, or copy the HTML code for apps that need code.
Tips for a clean, readable signature
- Keep it short: name, title, company and 2–3 ways to reach you.
- Use a logo 200–300 pixels wide and small in size (under 100 KB), PNG or JPG.
- Stick to one main color that matches your brand.
- Don’t turn the whole signature into one image: many mailboxes block images, and recipients would see nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Why paste an image link instead of uploading a picture?
Images in a signature must live at a public web address so Gmail and Outlook can show them to recipients. Use the logo link from your website, or upload the image to an image host and copy its link (it should start with https:// and ideally end in .png or .jpg).
Formatting or images got lost when pasting into Gmail?
Use the "Copy signature" button (not "Copy HTML code") and paste in Gmail on a computer. If the image doesn’t show, check that its link opens in a private browser window. Gmail allows about 10,000 characters per signature; signatures made here are much smaller.
Do the Facebook, Zalo… icons show on phones?
Yes. The icons are small PNG files hosted on tbngrow.com, so they appear in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail on computers and phones. Some apps ask recipients before loading images; the text still shows in full.
Can I remove "Made with TBN Grow"?
Yes. Untick "Show Made with TBN Grow" in the Style section before copying.
Is the information I enter stored?
TBN Grow neither receives nor stores what you type. Your draft is saved only in this browser so you can come back and edit it; press "Clear all" to delete it.
