Email Marketing data and privacy

1. Data we store

  • Sender details: display name, reply-to email and sending address.
  • Contacts you upload: email, recipient name and mailing status (subscribed, unsubscribed, bounced, marked as spam).
  • Email content, drafts and schedules; images, video and files you insert.
  • Sending results: sent, bounced, unsubscribed, opened and clicked counts (once sending is live).

2. What the data is used for

Contacts (email, recipient name), email content and files uploaded by a customer are used only to send emails at that customer’s request and to report the results to them. TBN Grow does not use this data to send its own emails, and does not sell, rent or share it with anyone, except the email delivery provider when sending.

3. Who can see the data

  • Only your account can see and edit your contacts, emails and files. Other customers cannot.
  • TBN Grow staff access it only to resolve an issue you ask about, or to review an account paused under section 5 of the terms.

4. Recipients

  • Every email has an unsubscribe link. When a recipient unsubscribes, their address is marked and never receives your emails again.
  • Recipients with questions about their data can contact the sender, or TBN Grow at contact@tbngrow.com.

5. Images, video and files

They are sent as links; anyone with the link can open them. Do not put identity documents, passwords or other sensitive data in files sent in bulk.

6. Retention and deletion

  • You can delete contacts, lists, emails and files at any time; they are removed from the system immediately. Automatic system backups are overwritten within 30 days.
  • Free plan files are deleted after 90 days. When a paid plan ends without renewal, files are kept for another 90 days and then deleted.

7. Where data is stored

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure rented by TBN Grow and encrypted in transit. When sending, recipient addresses and email content pass through TBN Grow’s international email delivery provider.
