TBN Grow
Email Marketing terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026. These terms apply only to the Email Marketing tool and add to TBN Grow’s general Terms of use and Privacy policy.
1. The service
Email Marketing helps you write emails, manage recipient lists and send bulk email under your own name. You need a TBN Grow account to use it.
2. Plans, prices and limits
| Plan | Price | Term | Emails | Emails/day | Contacts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | No end date | 1,000/month | 100 | 500 |
| Basic | $3.99 | 30 days | 10,000 per 30-day period | 2,000 | 5,000 |
| Advanced | $11.99 | 30 days | 50,000 per 30-day period | 10,000 | 25,000 |
| Professional | $339 | 12 months | 150,000 per 30-day period | 20,000 | 75,000 |
- Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Customers outside Vietnam pay through Paddle, TBN Grow’s reseller; Paddle adds any tax due where the customer buys, may show the amount in the local currency and shows the total before payment. Customers in Vietnam pay in VND, taxes and fees included: Basic VND 107,000, Advanced VND 323,000, Professional VND 9,490,000.
- Professional is sold by the year only: pay for 11 months, use 12 months (365 days).
- Paid plan email limits run per 30-day period from activation; the Free plan runs per calendar month (Vietnam time). Unused emails do not carry over.
- Email Marketing has no 24-hour trial; you can use the Free plan, with no end date, to try it before buying.
- New Free accounts can send up to 50 emails a day for the first 7 days.
- Paid plans do not renew or charge automatically. When a plan ends, the account returns to the Free plan: your contacts are kept, but you cannot add new ones while you are above the Free plan limit; images, video and files are kept for 90 more days and then deleted unless you renew.
- TBN Grow may change plan prices and limits and will publish them on this page; a plan you have paid for keeps its price and features until the end of its term.
- Refunds follow TBN Grow’s Refund policy. For Professional, any compensation time or refund is calculated on the share of the 12 months remaining.
3. Senders and sending addresses
- Every sender must confirm the reply-to email with a 6-digit code. When recipients hit Reply, the answer goes to that email.
- The Free plan sends from a shared address such as your-name@gui.tbngrow.com, with a “Sent with TBN Grow” line at the bottom.
- Paid plans send from your own domain email after you add the verification records to your domain as instructed, without the “Sent with TBN Grow” line.
If you only have Gmail or another free email and want a paid plan, you need your own domain. You can register one with any registrar, or ask TBN Grow to register it for you. In that case you pay the registrar’s domain price plus a setup fee; TBN Grow tells you the total before you pay. The domain is registered in your name where the registrar allows it, and you pay the yearly renewal.
4. Recipient lists and content
- You are responsible for your recipient lists and the content of your emails.
- Only email people who have a relationship with you or agreed to hear from you (customers, subscribers, partners); do not use purchased, rented or automatically harvested lists.
- Do not use the service to send scams, to impersonate other people or organisations, or to send malware, unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Every email automatically includes an unsubscribe link that cannot be removed. People who unsubscribed, addresses that bounced and people who reported spam never receive your emails again, even if you upload them again.
5. Protecting deliverability
To keep every customer’s email reaching the inbox, sending from an account pauses automatically when:
- more than 0.1% of recipients report spam, or
- more than 5% of emails bounce.
These rates cover the last 30 days and only count once enough email has been sent: 1–2 spam reports within your first few hundred emails will not pause the account, but 3 or more spam reports pause it right away.
TBN Grow reviews the account and contacts you before sending resumes. TBN Grow may suspend or close accounts that break section 4.
6. Images, video and files
- Images, video and files you insert are stored by TBN Grow and sent as links; anyone with the link can open them.
- Maximum per email: Free 5 MB, Basic 10 MB, Advanced 15 MB, Professional 15 MB. Total storage: 100 MB, 1 GB, 3 GB and 10 GB respectively.
- Free plan files are deleted after 90 days. Paid plan files are kept while the plan is active.
7. Your data
How TBN Grow stores, uses and deletes contacts, email content and files in this tool is set out in Email Marketing data and privacy. TBN Grow does not sell or rent your lists.
8. Reaching the inbox
TBN Grow sends through professional email infrastructure with domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and automatically removes failing and unsubscribed addresses, to give your emails the best chance of reaching the main inbox.
Whether an email lands in the main inbox, Promotions or Spam is decided by each recipient’s mailbox provider (Gmail, Outlook…), based on the content and on how engaged the recipient is. So when you email your customers and partners, remind them to also check their Spam or Promotions folder if they don’t see your email in the main inbox.
To improve delivery: email people who know you, write clear subject lines, avoid all-caps and too many exclamation marks, and send regularly rather than all at once.
9. Changes and contact
TBN Grow may update these terms and will show the date at the top of this page. Questions: contact@tbngrow.com.
